1. Your order cancellation request can only be processed if received within 12 hours of order placement. Since most of our products are made to order, and raw materials are specially purchased for that product, it is difficult for us to cancel the order after some time has –passed. 
2. In exchange for a returned product, 100% store credits are granted. 
3. On every item to be returned, a 25% restocking fee is applied, and the actual cost is refunded after deduction of shipping charges.
4. On-sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged with a different size or store credit.

Our Free Shipping facility is specific to the customers residing in Australia, the USA, UK, and Canada. For other regions, there’s a 20 USD shipping fee. Customs charges or taxes applied on the shipped product are to be paid by the customer. To receive a refund, the customer is responsible for paying 30 USD shipping charges.
